Director - Business Development and Client Management

The Director of Business Development plays a critical role in the growth of GoVision CRM. Basic responsibilities include discovering, pursuing, and closing new sales while nurturing and expanding existing customer relationships. This position requires experience in developing sales, marketing and relationship management strategies in the financial institution market. The applicant must be comfortable managing a diverse group of employees that all work remotely. The ideal candidate will demonstrate past success in identifying, defining, and fulfilling objectives that promote accelerated growth.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of GoVision’s products including user experience and administrative functions
  • Define and execute a detailed market strategy for promoting CRM software in the credit union industry
  • Coordinate and participate in vendor expos and trade shows
  • Actively seek sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, or other outlets of your choosing
  • Meet and surpass revenue quotas, when applicable
  • Drive rapid and sustainable growth
  • Pursue relationships and partnerships with 3 rd party resellers and/or referral sources
  • Establish a professional and trusting relationship with clients and prospects
  • Identify and accurately classify leads, evaluating their position in our target market and their likelihood to buy
  • Prepare proposals and professional presentations. Must have experience with complex contract negotiations.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations for all levels of inquiry (C-level, deep dive, etc)
  • Direct Relationship Management team and Customer Care team to maintain service excellence, to identify opportunities within the existing clients, and to manage contract renewals
  • Lead the sales efforts and define sales processes for all that are participating in business development opportunities (for both prospects and existing clients)
  • When necessary, step into Relationship Manager role (see attached job description)
  • Manage direct reports, giving positive and constructive feedback on a regular basis, promoting teamwork in a growth/development focused work culture
  • Work closely with the COO and other Director(s) to keep efforts in line and to collaborate on product, market, and contract decisions
  • Attends applicable webinar, product training, and technical training (as needed)
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or at least 10 years of related experience in sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with complex sales. Experience working with financial institutions is preferred.

Senior Client Care Analyst

The Senior Client Care Analyst plays a critical role in client communications, issue resolution, project delivery, and our quality guarantee. Basic responsibilities include analyzing business needs to define and document technical requirements on projects, providing direct client support and project task completion for GoVision CRM, and designing/managing operational efficiencies for supporting GoVision CRM clients and projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Customer facing position, responsible for managing incoming support requests and assigned project tasks
  • Work with Directors to define and implement efficiencies for ticket management, workflows to the development team, and resource allocation between client support and projects
  • Set and maintain Client Care expectations that exceed client expectations, ensuring all SLA’s are met or exceeded
  • Monitor performance of Client Care Analysts and Tech Support team members, giving positive and constructive feedback on a regular basis, promoting teamwork in a growth/development focused work culture
  • Take the lead in documenting technical requirements for custom development projects and new system enhancements
  • Assist Relationship/Project Managers with technical discussion and project documentation
  • Participate in regular meetings for in depth projects and/or new customer installations, serving as a technical lead and business analyst
  • Provide general support (Q&A) to existing customers
  • Participate on new client projects, fulfilling tasks as assigned for system configuration, integration, and/or installation
  • Researching/analyzing/resolving customer data and integration issues in XML integration platform (proprietary) and MSSQL
  • Learn and support client requests to utilize the GoVision API
  • Conduct Admin training for new customers and existing customers as needed (remote)
  • Assist with new release communications, release overview demonstrations, and scheduling/performing upgrades. 
  • Serves as a client/business representative on internal product design teams, contributing ideas and communicating client requests. Takes a lead role in prioritizing enhancement and issue resolutions to ensure client satisfaction always comes first.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or at least 6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with complex and agile project management methodologies. Experience working with credit union or bank technology is preferred.
