The Director of Business Development plays a critical role in the growth of GoVision CRM. Basic responsibilities include discovering, pursuing, and closing new sales while nurturing and expanding existing customer relationships. This position requires experience in developing sales, marketing and relationship management strategies in the financial institution market. The applicant must be comfortable managing a diverse group of employees that all work remotely. The ideal candidate will demonstrate past success in identifying, defining, and fulfilling objectives that promote accelerated growth.
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or at least 10 years of related experience in sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with complex sales. Experience working with financial institutions is preferred.COMPUTER SKILLS
The Senior Client Care Analyst plays a critical role in client communications, issue resolution, project delivery, and our quality guarantee. Basic responsibilities include analyzing business needs to define and document technical requirements on projects, providing direct client support and project task completion for GoVision CRM, and designing/managing operational efficiencies for supporting GoVision CRM clients and projects.
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or at least 6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
